Parastoo has extensive experience advising clients on activities regarding tax strategies, business consulting, budgeting, financial plans, Retirment planning, conducting reviews and analysis on assets, liabilities, and financial goals. She has managed client risk positions by creating detailed tax and business plans in conjunction with attorneys, and other financial specialists, while utilizing Trusts and financial products in collaboration with other financial advisors to help minimize client's tax positions. Parastoo's prior experience at KPMG has allowed her to oversee and participate in planning, executing, organizing, and completing various audit engagements including some of the most prestigious recognizable fortune 500 companies in the world, as well as working on various Government, Universities, Hospitals, and Not-for-profit entities on Long Island.
While consulting for law and accounting firms, she has supplemented her diverse experience by working on IRS audits, including full scale individual and business audits, installment agreements, Offer in Compromises, overseeing and filling individual and business tax returns.
Parastoo received her bachelor's degree from SUNY Story Brook and her Master's in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury. She is an Enrolled Agent licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, in all 50 states.
